Lajord White Goose Down comes from a very special goose farm located in Saskatchewan that takes great care in raising free range geese that are more mature than those in other colonies. With a loft of 800 cubic inches per ounce, this down is the most prized of all domestic downs raised in North America. This down carries the Zurguard® certification to be Hypoallergenic.
The cover of this duvet is a soft, light and airy cotton sateen. We have used this fabric for years and we have been very pleased with its performance. While it is not as luxurious and lightweight as our German made cottons, the combination with this wonderful down makes for a superb duvet.
