All orders are custom and are non-returnable. Items are only returnable under certain circumstances.

We are proud of our Custom Furniture and Accessories Collections which are custom made to order specifications and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase, which include sheets, comforters, bedspreads, mattress pads, pillow cases and pillow shams. Our customers 100% satisfaction guarantee is our priority, however due the the custom only status merchandise purchased from Cranium Furniture is non-returnable, on-refundable, and non-exchangeable. EXCHANGES/RETURNS/CLAIMS/ADDITIONAL FEES: DO NOT ACCEPT ANY DELIVERY IF PACKAGING OR ITEMS LOOK DAMAGED OR ARE DAMAGED UPON OPENING. IF ITEMS ARE DAMAGED AND CRANIUM FURNITURE IS NOT NOTIFIED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ACCEPTANCE, CRANIUM HOLDS NO LIABILITY AND WILL NOT SUBMIT FOR A CLAIM. All Packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately, do not accept delivery. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 7 business day after the date of receipt. We do not issue refunds for returns of damaged merchandise. An item that was discovered damaged upon receipt will be replaced with the same model only. All defective product returns require a RA#, (return authorization). A RA number must be issued within 7-14 calendar days after the date of purchase; it will be valid for 10 calendar days after issued. All claims will be processed within 7-14 business days of customer's damage claim. Customer must provide photos and proper documentation as requested by Cranium Furniture. If documentation is not provided, no claim or exchange can be made. Once the damages have been assessed as a manufacturing defect and value determined Cranium will provide customer with procedure for replacement products. Only upon approval by Cranium Furniture. Additional charge incurred as deemed applicable. Additional charges are agreed to and authorized by and with customer signature. By signing, customer agrees to any fees or charges per notification by Cranium Furniture. Customer credit card on file, per payment information provided, will be charged accordingly. Daily storage fees will be charged to Customer credit card on file, per payment information provided. Cranium Furniture will not fraudulently misuse customer credit card information. Cranium will notify customer via Phone and/or E-mail of any and all additional potential charges. Customer to is follow all policies and procedures as noted by the Terms and Conditions provided by Cranium Furniture. Upon non-compliance Cranium Furniture's liability and responsibilities become null and void. Customer agrees not to claim fraud in any way by Cranium Furniture. Customer agrees not to incur Credit Card Charge-Back for any and all reasons. Sorry, we can not accept returns or cancellations under any other extenuating circumstances. We do not offer refunds on any furniture products since they are custom colored and produced to your tastes. Custom products may be canceled only if they have not yet gone into production.
By signing order statement confirmation or purchasing online, customer agrees to all terms and conditions as noted. Upon receipt of said order statement confirmation or e-mail confirmation via online purchase your order will be presented to our workroom for production. Upon receipt of order statement confirmation and online order customer order has been logged in. Once signed Order Confirmation Statement has been returned, workroom will begin production immediately. It may take approximately one or two business days to process a Purchase Order and that we are able to complete the address verification and payment process. The estimated time of production 1) Furniture-6-8 weeks, 2) Mattress-4-6 weeks and 3) Linens - 4-6 weeks more or less. The estimated time of arrival is determined by the chosen method of shipping and the carrier's local delivery guidelines. 2-3 weeks. PAYMENT TERMS: Please contact and alert your credit card company prior to submission. Cranium will run the payment method within 1-2 days after signed shipping confirmation has been returned. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, Check, Money Order and wire transfers. Debit cards are welcome but before making any large purchase, you may want to check with your cards issuer to make sure you are not exceeding your cards daily or transaction limit. We accept purchase orders from government agencies, educational institutions, and corporations. All purchase orders are subject to credit approval. Please contact our sales department for all purchase order inquiries. All orders placed through Cranium are subject to our verification process for order accuracy and authorized valid payment. For security reasons, we may contact you via email or phone requesting additional information. In order to guard against fraudulent activity, Cranium must verify the bill to and ship to address. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and phone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file). Incorrect information will cause a delay in the processing time. If your shipping address is different than you're billing address (where you receive your credit card statement), please call your credit card bank to make them aware of the shipping address. Informing your credit card bank about your the shipping address will not change any existing billing information; it will be temporarily listed in the banks memo field for purchase verification only. Please recognize that calling your credit card bank about an address notification may not only be necessary, but it will also speed up the verification process. DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT: Once Design and Development has been completed and submitted to the customer, customer can markup and make changes. If there are any discrepencies in the above descriptions please let Cranium know PRIOR to signing order confirmation. Cranium is NOT responsible for any additional designs submitted after signing order confirmation. IF the customer changes scope of design, this will delay and lengthen turnaround time and are subject to additional fees. Design and Development fee is non-refundable, non-reimbursable, not applied to future orders or used as a discount. SHIPPING: Shipping will be provided as an estimate until date of order shipment. Rates are subject to change. All rate quotation are subject to equipment availability, efficient transit times and seasonal road restrictions. Any variations in weights, dimensions, origins, and or destinations, or services listed on a quote may result in a change of total charges. Transportation cost in countries other than the u.s. and accessorial charges are subject to change without notice. The release value rate for one load is $2.50 per pound with a maximum of up to $100,000.00 and is applicable for transportation services performed within the united states. Please call for additional coverage and rate if required. Any quote is good for thirty (30) days. Shipments are delivered via independent services. Cranium Furniture is not directly responsible once removed from our docks. All shipments are insured and any issues are to be handled directly with shipping service provider according to their policies and procedures. Cranium Furniture will assist as deemed necessary. Cranium does not guarantee order completion date. Dates provided are an estimate only as unforeseen issues may occur.
