The organic pillowtop topper lays right on top of the mattress. Then the mattress topper and fitted sheet go over both the pillowtop topper and the mattress itself holding the topper in place.

In addition, the pillowtop toppers are quite substantial in weight, and the mattress and pillowtop topper coverings are organic cotton on organic cotton, rather than a slippery polyester fabric to prevent the pillowtop topper from slipping around.

• 3" + 4" Thickness: The 3” and 4” organic pillowtop toppers feature boxed edge construction, and chemical free, French wool quilting on the top side of the pillowtop topper for added comfort. Contains more all natural latex layering than the 2” version, providing extra softness and pressure point relief.
